Kitchenettes

Kitchens are an important part of comfortable living. Perfect for the holiday bach, independent living, or office space to have that morning coffee at the ready. Our kitchenettes are in the open plan living area of the cabin and are simple and sleek with a sink, tapware and a double cupboard and drawers beneath the benchtop.

Plumbing

We pride ourselves on our ensuite and kitchenette cabins – all you need to do is arrange a qualified plumber to have your EzyCabinz cabin plumbed for water and waste in addition to getting it connected for electricity.

You can have a cabin up to 30m2 without council consent. Should you chose one of our cabins with kitchenette and/or ensuite, you will need to arrange a qualified plumber independently and seek council consent for these cabins.

Contact us and discuss what size cabin and extras (if any) are required.
Once we have worked out the value of your cabin, we will put you in contact with Gay (our finance person) – who will personally help you through the application process.
Gay is very helpful and friendly and will be able to answer all your financial questions.
Once the financial side is sorted out – we will talk with you about the final design (where you want doors, windows etc. located) before we begin construction – it’s that simple.

How it works

Step 1: We will help you decide what size cabin you need – contact us today!

Step 2: Our friendly finance team will customise a repayment plan that suits you – at a price you can afford. You may still get a cabin even if you have some bad debt in your history.

We build your dream cabin the way you would like it, or choose from a cabin we have in stock. You can decide where you would like the door, windows, ensuite, lights etc. that will best suit your location. All cabins are finished to a high standard and are very strong buildings that if maintained will last a lifetime.

COMPLETED cabins include; carpet, LED lights in and out, insulated walls and ceiling, 12mm ply in and out, painted in and out, quality new aluminium joinery, multiple double power points, fuse box, certified power lead, etc.
SHELL ONLY cabins have a completed, watertight, painted exterior, including new aluminium joinery – perfect for the budget conscious or DIY person, or summer bach.
EXTRAS – Kitchenette, windows, doors, power-points, lights, divider walls etc. can be added.
FREE DELIVERY – Anywhere in the North Island *applies to trailer delivery – up to 8×2.7mtrs.
