Rental Cabins

• EzyCabinz manages rental cabins of our own, as well as other cabin partners.  These rentals are available in the Northland area only – from Te Hana to the top of the North Island.
• Delivery costs – start from $650-00 Whangarei/Dargaville/Hikurangi areas,
• from $750-00 Mid North and from $850-00 for the Far North.
• Our delivery costs covers travel time, labour and transportation insurance (QBE Insurance).
• 4 weeks rent is required as a deposit plus 2 weeks in advance.
• Minimum rental period is 6 months.
• Rental Documentation and References are required before we can confirm you a rental cabin, and subject to availability.
• Yes we are MSD registered and once we receive your rental documentation and secure you a rental cabin we can MSD Quote for you.

EzyCabinz rental cabins are spacious enough to include a bed, seating area, and other furniture, or a desk and office furniture if you are using your cabin as a home office.

They don’t include features like kitchenettes or en-suite bathrooms, they are Room Only, but they are ideal if you want additional living space or work space for your home, an additional bedroom, or a sleepout.

Our rental cabins are lined, insulated, carpet or lino (depending on what cabin is available), internal & external paint, internal & external powerbox, with 20m power lead.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and construction, so you won’t be disappointed.

Your cabin is delivered on one of our spec built trailers. Please ensure access is at least 3m wide. No overhanging trees/branches or powerlines. The cabin site is fairly flat & level.  We don’t have hydraulics in our fleet, so if the cabin needs to be lifted over fence lines or dwellings you need to arrange a local Hiab company to meet our delivery guy at the cabin site.

Rental Documentation:

Photo ID. Contract Nbr. Cabin site address. Source of Income (either MSD or Employment). Landlord references. Landlord authority to place cabin on property. Evidence of regular payments to rent/mortgage/HP/Utilities.
